Creation & Planning

Research & Organisation

We can research the topic of an episode to make sure we know what we’re talking and help with the drafting of questions for interviews. We can also be in charge of teeing up the interviews with the talent.

Producing & Recording

Whether it’s in person, or online, we can help produce and record your podcast. We’ll bring the gear, monitor the sound quality, and provide tips to ensure the best possible recording.

Hosting

Don’t have someone in your team who is comfortable in front of the microphone? Let us do it for you! We have a range of hosts available to become the voice of your podcast.

Editing

Every podcast is professionally edited by the team’s audio expert. With attention to detail and commitment to excellence, we provide top-notch editing services including sound mastering.

Publishing

Let us get your podcast out into the world. We will write show notes and upload the episode to your hosting service of choice. Ensuring it’s ready for publication on your chosen day and time.

Producing packages include:

• A Beatts Editing team member as the producer.
• Producer present during recording of the interviews via online platform to monitor sound quality.
• Professionally edited episode, mixed with music, and with one round of additional changes included.

Producing packages DO NOT include:

• Management / creation of initial podcast concept. 
• Episode outlines and selection of talent.
• Introduction and conclusion scripting and recording.
• Organisation of interviews with the talent.
• Research of the topic and planning of questions.
• Uploading / publishing of podcast to streaming platforms.
• Music (this is to be provided be the client for editing).

Please note, these services are available as additional add-ons for a fee.

Hosting packages include:

• A Beatts Editing team member as the voice / host of your podcast.
• Direct organisation of interviews with the talent. 
• Research of the topic and planning of questions.
• Recording the interviews and asking questions via online platform.
• Professionally edited episode, mixed with music, and with one round of additional changes included.

Hosting packages DO NOT include:

• Management / creation of initial podcast concept.
• Episode outlines and selection of talent.
• Introduction and conclusion scripting and recording.
• Uploading / publishing of podcast to streaming platforms.
• Music (this is to be provided be the client for editing).

Please note, these services are available as additional add-ons for a fee.

The following services are available as add-ons to all podcast episode packages.

• Travel: Beatts Editing will come to you to do the recording in person and provide the recording equipment. This is valid for travel within Perth only, regional travel is available upon enquiry.
• Music: Beatts Editing will help you select a theme song / jingle for your podcast and provide licensing for it in perpetuity. This assists with creating consistent branding.
• Scripting: Want an introduction and / or conclusion to play at the beginning of every episode. We can script and record these for you. 
• Social Media: Want a social media bite for your episode? You provide the video and / or photo content and we’ll edit it together to be used on various social media platforms.
• Publishing: Beatts Editing will write show notes and upload the episode to your hosting service of choice, ensuring it’s ready for publication on your chosen day and time.
• Management: We can help select a name and aim of the podcast, choose the talent to be interviewed, create episode outlines, etc.

Note: Unless a management add-on has been selected, the client will always be expected to provide details such as the podcast name and objective, as well as episode outlines and contact details of talent.
